Orphan: First Kill is a 2022 American psychological slasher film directed by William Brent Bell and written by David Coggeshall, based on a story by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick and Alex Mace. It is the second installment in the titular film series, and serves as a prequel to Orphan (2009). Isabelle Fuhrman reprises her role as the titular character, starring alongside Rossif Sutherland, Hiro Kanagawa, Matthew Finlan, and Julia Stiles.
