The sixth installment in The Exorcist franchise, it serves as a legacy sequel to The Exorcist (1973). The film stars Leslie Odom Jr., Lidya Jewett, Olivia O'Neill in her film debut, Jennifer Nettles, Norbert Leo Butz, and Ann Dowd.
